My humanitarian association : Children of Mabhuti

Besides Beneto & Beneto, I devote a huge amount of time to an association I created after a trip to Mabhuti during my college years : Children of Mabhuti.

Children of Mabhuti is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to help improve the lives of many a Mabhutians and raise awareness of the country’s extreme poverty, while advertising for the outstandingly rich cultural life of people from Mabhuti.

It was founded in 1983 by 3 students : Elodie Cavaillhez, Diego Mondolino and Carlo Jitobuit. The organisation was initially meant to bring relief and support to the country’s children through medical aid, educational support and cultural activities. Later on, the organization widened the scope of its activities and has now been actively supporting the developement of Mabhuti for over 25 years.
